Ceramic orders are processed within 3 days of purchase and shipped via USPS from Portland, Oregon. Shipping is always free.
You will receive a tracking number via email. If you notice any errors in your shipping details or if any information is missing, please contact me as soon as possible.
Local Pick-up
If you are local to Portland, Oregon and would prefer pick-up or delivery use discount code LOCALPDX to save $15 on your order. Connect with me via the contact page after purchase.
Refunds
I take great care in securely packing all products to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. However, if you receive a damaged piece, please retain the original packaging and take photographs of both the packaging and the item and you will be issued a refund.
I do not accept returns for ceramic pieces if they arrive safely.
Care Instructions
My ceramics are crafted to be durable and functional, but in some cases pottery will be decorative only or not hold water (such as raku work). Please read product descriptions before purchase. All of my ceramics are dishwasher safe, but hand wash is always best.
